My deposit hasn't arrived

A deposit of USDG on Robinhood Chain shows in your Cash as soon as the network confirms it. If yours hasn't, check these in order.

Follow these steps

On a phone or a computer

Open Deposit and keep it open. Waiting for your deposit shows your Cash, and the window checks for new money by itself.
In your exchange or wallet, check that the send is complete. If it is still pending or under review, it hasn't left yet.
Check the network was Robinhood Chain. A send on another network does not reach your Cash by itself, but you can bring it over (see below).
Check the token was USDG. Any other token, even another dollar coin or ETH, does not count as Cash.
Compare the entire destination address in the transaction with your Deposit address. Matching only its beginning and end is not enough.
When the money lands, the window shows the amount and It is in your Cash now.

Your agent reads your Cash right now and tells you what is there. It can't see your exchange.

Sent it to your own address on another network, like Ethereum, Base or Arbitrum? It is still yours: open Deposit, tap Bring it to Cash and slide to approve, or just tell your agent. Another token on Robinhood Chain or a different address? Don't send more; write to [email protected] with your wallet address and the transaction link.
