Set a stop loss or close a position
In the app, a stop loss and a take profit are set when you open a position; after that, your agent can add or change them.
Follow these steps
- When you open a position with a Market order, tap Add SL/TP in the ticket.
- Type a Stop Loss price or percent. Potential loss shows what you would lose. Take Profit works the same way.
- Tap Save changes, then slide to open. The stop is placed right after the position opens.
- To close, open the market and tap Close on Your position.
- Pick 25%, 50%, 75% or All, then tap the close button at the bottom.
- Add margin on the same card moves money from your Perps pocket into the position: the size stays the same and the liquidation price moves further away.
Inside the appExample account
- In the Perps ticket, keep Market and click + SL/TP.
- Pick For a long or For a short, type a Stop Loss or Take Profit, then click Save.
- Click Long or Short to open. The stop is placed right after the position opens.
- To close, find the position under Positions below the chart and click Close.
- Pick a share, then click Close position. With two or more positions, Close all closes every one.

“Set a stop on my BTC at 60000”
Your agent prepares a card for your open BTC position. The stop is placed when you tap Confirm. This needs the agent switch on.
If it didn't work
- No Add SL/TP? It shows only with a Market order. For a position that is already open, ask your agent.
- To remove a stop, find it under Open orders on the market's screen and tap Cancel.
- A position closed that you didn't close? See why a position closes by itself.
