A round has no result yet
When a five-minute round ends, its result is checked and paid out by itself, which usually takes a few minutes.
Follow these steps
- On Home, tap Predict and open the same round. Your ticket shows Market closed · settling your payout… while the result is on its way.
- Wait a few minutes. You don't need to keep the screen open.
- When it settles, the round moves to your profile's Closed tab, marked Won or Lost. Tap it to see the round and share the result.
- A win is paid into your Predict pocket.
- Click Predict at the top and open the same round from the Up or down cards.
- Under the chart, your ticket shows This round has ended and the venue is settling it. You can't sell it meanwhile.
- Wait a few minutes. The result and your balance update by themselves, with nothing to claim.
- Once settled, the round shows in your profile's Closed list, marked Won or Lost. Click it to see the round and share it. A win is paid into your Predict pocket.

Your agent reads your predictions and tells you whether the round is still settling or how it ended.
If it didn't work
- The buttons said closing… and nothing was bought? The round stops taking orders 12 seconds before it ends. The next one opens right after.
- Sold your ticket before the end? Then that round has no result for you to wait for.
- Still settling long after the round ended? Tell your agent the round and the time, and it checks your ticket.
